The invention belongs to the technical field of shower rooms, and particularly relates to an energy-saving integrated shower room. The energy-saving integrated shower room comprises a shower room body, wherein the shower room body is an independent space formed by connected partition plates, and a water receiving cavity is formed in the bottom end of the shower room body; and a collecting cavity is connected to the side wall of the top end inside the water receiving cavity, a heat exchange cavity is connected between the bottom end of the collecting cavity and the bottom surface of the water receiving cavity, a heat exchange coil pipe is arranged inside the heat exchange cavity, a water inlet pipe is connected to the bottom end of the heat exchange coil pipe, and the top end of the heat exchange coil pipe is connected with a water heater. According to the energy-saving integrated shower room, the water receiving cavity used for collecting shower wastewater is formed inside the shower room, and meanwhile, the heat exchange coil pipe capable of collecting and utilizing the shower wastewater is arranged inside the water receiving cavity so that cold water flowing into the water heatercan be preheated by the heat exchange coil pipe, and the effect of energy required for subsequent heating of the water heater is reduced, so that the energy-saving property and the environmental protection property of the shower room in use are effectively improved.
