The invention discloses an intelligent well lid lock emergency unlocking executing mechanism provided with a warning device. The mechanism comprises a bottom plate; a base is fixedly installed at theupper end of the bottom plate; a through hole is formed in the base; a gear cavity is formed in the through hole; a gear is arranged in the gear cavity; a strip-shaped hole is formed in the base; thestrip-shaped hole communicates with the gear cavity; a rack is glidingly inserted in the strip-shaped hole; the upper end of a rotating shaft is glidingly sleeved with a shaft sleeve; a square block is in clearance fit with a square hole; a circular block is fixedly installed at the upper end of the square block; the edge of the circular block is tangent with the edge of the square block; and theheight of the circular block is larger than that of the square block. According to the mechanism, when an intelligent well lid lock breaks down, emergency opening of a well lid is guaranteed, and themechanism is simple in structure and reliable in operation; personal safety accidents caused by the fact that maintainers stay underground due to misoperation can be avoided; and a warning signal canbe provided during illegal unlocking.
