A lock having a hook and a locking finger to form a lock ring is disclosed. The hook is fixedly connected to the lock body, and the locking finger is pivotally disengaged from the hook to unlock the lock. Pivoting movement of the locking finger is controlled by the latch and the extended edge. The latch is provided with a tip and the locking finger is provided with a cutout that can receive the tip when the lock is locked. When the lock is locked, the main shaft can prevent the extending edge from moving towards the latch to release the tip from the notch. When the lock is opened by the combination mechanism, the spindle will be moved away such that the extended edge moves toward the latch, the tip is released from the cutout. When the lock is unlocked by the key mechanism, the cylinder isrotated to enable the extending edge to move the latch downwards.
