The invention discloses a hidden hinge for a vertical hinged door. The hidden hinge comprises a swing door connecting piece, a door frame connecting seat, a base and two adjusting blocks, wherein thebase and the two adjusting blocks are installed in the door frame connecting seat in an embedded mode, the upper end and the lower end of the base are fixedly connected with the door frame connectingseat through first hexagon socket head cap screws correspondingly, the two adjusting blocks are fixed to the base in an up-down spaced mode, and a rotating shaft is connected between the two adjustingblocks in a bridging mode; the swing door connecting piece comprises an arc-shaped plate and a flat plate, the rear end of the arc-shaped plate is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft, the flat plate is fixed to the front end of the arc-shaped plate, a plurality of first threaded holes are formed in the flat plate, and a plurality of second threaded holes are formed in the door frame connecting seat. After installation, the door frame connecting seat is fixed to a door frame through tip set screws, and the flat plate is fixed to a swing door through tip set screws. The hidden hinge issuitable for an extremely narrow aluminum frame door, is also suitable for the vertical hinged doors such as a common aluminum frame door, a wooden door and an iron frame door, and is wide in application range. When the hidden hinge is installed and applied to the vertical hinged doors of different sizes and different types, only the swing door connecting piece needs to be replaced.
