The rotary opening and closing type horizontal sliding aluminum alloy door and window comprises an auxiliary frame, wherein a window body A is fixedinside the auxiliary frame, a window body structure is further slidably connected to the interior of the auxiliary frame, and a locking structure is installed on the auxiliary frame. A frame is slidably connected to the interior of the auxiliary frame, a clamping groove B is formed in the bottom end of the frame, and the clamping groove B is of a rectangular groove-shaped structure; and the clamping groove B is matched with protrusions, the clamping groove B and the protrusions jointly form an auxiliary sliding limiting structure of the frame, the protrusions further form a rainwater blockingstructure, and therefore rainwater blocked by the protrusions can be discharged through residue discharging holes.
