Metro floating slab vibration isolator based on magnetic control damping
The invention provides a metro floating slab vibration isolator based on magnetic control damping. The metro floating slab vibration isolator comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a pressure spring and a magnetic circuit assembly, wherein the magnetic circuit assembly comprises a magnetic core, a through hole is formed in the middle of the magnetic core, an upper end cover and a lower end cover are arranged at the top and the bottom of the through hole, a sealing pushing head is arranged in the middle of the through hole, and the inner space of the through hole is divided into an upper cavityand a lower cavity through the sealing pushing head, magnetofluids are arranged in the upper and lower cavities, a vertically arranged piston rod is fixedly connected to the bottom side of the top plate, an inner cavity is formed in the magnetic core, an upper damping channel communicates between the inner cavity and the upper cavity, and a lower damping channel communicates between the inner cavity and the lower cavity; an upper notch and a lower notch are formed in two sides of the magnetic core for mounting magnet exciting coils, and an outer magnetic ring is arranged outside the magneticcore in a sleeving manner. The magnetic core parts around the magnet exciting coils, the upper damping channel or the lower damping channel, the magnetofluids and the outer magnetic ring parts form independent closed magnetic circuits with corresponding magnet exciting coils, separately, so that vibration in metro operation can be reduced effectively.
本发明提出了一种基于磁控阻尼的地铁浮置板隔振器,包括顶板、底板、压簧和磁路总成;磁路总成包括磁芯,磁芯中部设有通孔,通孔顶部和底部设有上端盖和下端盖,通孔中部设有密封推动头,并通过密封推动头将通孔内空间分为上腔体和下腔体,上腔体和下腔体内均设有磁流体,顶板底侧固定连接有竖向设置的活塞杆,磁芯内开设有内腔体,内腔体与上腔体之间连通有上阻尼通道,内腔体与下腔体之间连通有下阻尼通道;磁芯两侧均开设有一上一下两个缺槽,用于安装励磁线圈,磁芯外套设有外磁环;且围绕各励磁线圈周围的磁芯部位、上阻尼通道或下阻尼通道、磁流体、外磁环部位与对应的励磁线圈分别构成各自独立的闭合磁回路。能够有效减少地铁行驶中的振动。
