WAVELENGTH CONVERSION MATERIAL, WAVELENGTH CONVERSION ELEMENT, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a wavelength conversion material and a wavelength conversion element which, when irradiated with light from a high-power LED or LD, are capable of suppressing degradation of luminous intensity and dissolution of constituent materials over time; a method for producing the wavelength conversion material and the wavelength conversion element; and a light-emitting device. The wavelength conversion material (10) is characterized by comprising a matrix (1) having a skeleton composed of an inorganic material (3) and a transparent material (4) filledin a hollow part formed by the skeleton, and phosphor particles (2) dispersed in the matrix (1), and the inorganic material (3) having a higher thermal conductivity than the transparent material (4).
