Environmental-friendly building material brick
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material bricks, and particularly relates to an environmental-friendly building material brick. The environmental-friendly building material brick comprises a brick blank, wherein the brick blank is of a cuboid structure; the brick blank comprises a main blank and an auxiliary blank; the main blank and the auxiliary blank are of cuboid structures; the main blank and the auxiliary blank respectively account for half of the volume of the brick blank; the main blank and the auxiliary blank are arranged in a fitting way; one side, near the auxiliary blank, of the main blank is provided with an accommodating groove; the accommodating groove is made into a shape like a Chinese character "mi"; filling materials are arranged in the accommodating groove; a roasting device used in the preparation process of the environmental-friendly building material brick comprises a base, a main mold, an auxiliary mold and a controller; the side surfaceof the base is provided with a groove; and an L-shaped plate is slidingly connected in the groove. The roasting device used in the environmental-friendly building material brick has the advantages that the main mold and the auxiliary mold are driven to move through a motor II to be matched with the brick blank by being clamped by the main mold and the auxiliary mold, so that aggregate inside theenvironmental-friendly building material brick is heated uniformly in the roasting process; therefore the environmental-friendly building material brick will not generate the fracture phenomenon in the firing forming process; and the quality of the environmental-friendly building material brick is further improved.
