The invention relates to a concrete recycled aggregate performance improvement treatment method. The method mainly comprises the following steps of raw material feeding, hydrochloric acid spraying, flanging treatment, secondary spraying, air drying treatment and the like, and used recycled aggregate performance improvement treatment machinery comprises a fixed base, U-shaped frames, a rotating column, a conveying belt and a flanging device, two U-shaped frames are evenly installed at the upper end of the fixed base, rotating columns are arranged at the upper ends of the U-shaped frames throughbearings, the rotating columns are connected through the conveying belt, and the flanging device is installed in the middle of the upper end of the fixed base. The method can solve the problems thataccording to a traditional concrete recycled aggregate performance improvement treatment method, mechanical equipment is generally adopted for removing stickers outside the surface of waste concrete,severe abrasion is possibly caused to the mechanical equipment in the treatment process, and when acid liquor is used for activation, only the acid liquor is generally sprayed to the surface of one side of the waste concrete, and acid liquor cannot be uniformly sprayed to the waste concrete on the surfaces of the two sides.
本发明涉及一种混凝土再生集料性能改善处理方法，主要包括以下步骤：原料放入、盐酸喷洒、翻边处理、二次喷洒以及晾干处理等多种工序，使用到的再生集料性能改善处理机械包括固定底座、U型架、转动柱、传送带和翻边装置，所述的固定底座的上端均匀安装有两个U型架，U型架的上端通过轴承设置有转动柱，转动柱之间通过传送带连接，固定底座的上端中部安装有翻边装置。本发明可以解决传统的混凝土再生集料性能改善处理方法，通常采用机械设备去除废弃混凝土表面外的粘黏物，处理过程中可能会对机械设备造成较严重的磨损，且在使用酸液活化时，通常只对废弃混凝土的某一侧表面喷洒酸液，未能将两侧表面的废弃混凝土都均匀喷洒酸液等难题。
