The invention discloses a sandwich foam ceramsite concrete product and a preparation method and application thereof.The concrete product comprises a main body and a cover plate covering the main body,a containing cavity is formed in the main body, and an adsorption body is contained in the containing cavity; the concrete product is prepared from the following raw materials including ordinary Portland cement, ceramsite, sand, a polyhydroxy acid water reducing agent, a foaming agent, crayfish shell particles and rice hull ash powder. According to the scheme, the foam concrete product is ingeniously arranged to be of a sandwich structure, the adsorption body is contained in the foam concrete product, and the types of pollutants capable of being adsorbed by the concrete product are more comprehensive by containing the adsorption body; and meanwhile, the adsorption body is arranged in the concrete product in an accommodating manner and can be replaced according to needs, so that the use flexibility of the device is enhanced, and meanwhile, the overall cleaning period of the device is greatly prolonged.
