The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a fireproof calcium silicate board. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, accurately weighing calcium silicate board mineral rawmaterials, drying and uniformly mixing; S2, pulping the wood fibers and the rock wool fibers to form raw material pulp; S3, adding the solid raw material powder and water into a high-pressure kettlewith a stirrer, and performing hydrothermal treatment to obtain active slurry; S4, mixing and stirring the active slurry raw material slurry, and carrying out filter pressing molding after uniform stirring to prepare a calcium silicate board wet blank; and S5, carrying out pre-curing and steam curing on the wet blank of the calcium silicate board at normal temperature and normal pressure to obtainthe calcium silicate board. Industrial wastes including fly ash, silica fume and carbide slag are used as cementing materials, wood fibers and rock wool fibers are used as reinforcing fibers, and theprocess is improved, so that the prepared calcium silicate board has relatively high impact resistance and flame retardance.
