The invention discloses a corundum-aluminosilicate composite refractory material, and a preparation method and application thereof. The corundum-aluminosilicate composite refractory material comprisesa refractory brick matrix and a high-temperature-resistant coating sprayed on the surface of the refractory brick matrix, wherein the refractory brick matrix is an aluminosilicate shaped refractory brick, and the high-temperature-resistant coating is prepared from, by mass, 60-75% of corundum powder, 5-20% of a binder, 10-15% of a suspending agent and 5-10% of other aids. The raw materials of thehigh-temperature-resistant coating are sprayed on the matrix in a spraying manner to obtain the corundum-aluminosilicate composite refractory material. The material has the advantages of low cost, strong erosion resistance, simple process and huge economic benefit, and is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
