The invention relates to the technical field of thermal insulation materials, and discloses a roof thermal insulation material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of expanded perlite, 5-10 parts of polyurethane foam, 1-5 parts of phenolic foam, 5-10 parts of polyphenyl particles, 5-10 parts of aluminum powder, 5-10 parts of baking soda and 2-10 parts of hollow ceramic particles. According to the invention, expanded perlite with good thermal insulation performance is used as a raw material, polyurethane foam and hollow ceramic particles are added, and baking soda is heated to generate many small holes in the raw material, so that the thermal insulation performance of the material is improved; aluminum powder is added in the preparation process, meanwhile, white polyphenyl particles are attached to the upper surface of the aluminum powder to improve the reflective effect of the material, the reflective effect of the material can be improved, and the material can have a good reflective effect in summer, so that the material has a good high-temperature blocking effect.
本发明涉及保温材料技术领域,公开了一种屋面保温材料,包括以下原料及其重量分数:膨胀珍珠岩50‑80份、聚氨酯泡沫5‑10份、酚醛泡沫1‑5份、聚苯颗粒5‑10份、铝粉5‑10份、小苏打5‑10份、中空陶瓷颗粒2‑10份。本发明通过使用保温性能较好的膨胀珍珠岩为原料,加入聚氨酯泡沫和中空陶瓷颗粒,同时通过加热小苏打使原料内部产生较多小孔,提高材料的保温性能,在制备过程中加入铝粉,同时使其上表面附着白色的聚苯颗粒提高材料的反光效果,可以提高材料的反光效果,在夏季时可以具有较好反光效果从而使材料具备比较好的对高温阻隔效果。
