The invention discloses a method for hardening a mining area transportation road pavement by utilizing brine, and relates to the technical field of road hardening, which comprises the following stepsof: paving a roadbed cushion layer, paving a graded gravel surface layer with the thickness of 10cm, spraying the brine to enable the brine to permeate into the gravel surface layer to evaporate and crystallize, repeatedly spraying the brine until the thickness of a formed crystallization layer reaches 4-6cm, and compacting; paving a graded gravel surface layer again, spraying brine, compacting, finally crystallizing the brine, forming a brine crystallization pavement layer by the gravel surface layer, detecting the pavement compactness, and putting into use after the pavement compactness is qualified. The method has the beneficial effects that the road hardened through the method can meet the requirements for transportation and use in mining areas, pollution such as dust raising is reduced, the road surface of the mine three-level gravel road is strengthened through the method, the road surface strength and the damage period are controlled, and road watering and maintenance investmentis reduced to the maximum extent in the mining period.
一种利用卤水进行矿区运输道路路面硬化的方法,涉及道路硬化技术领域,铺垫路基垫层后,再铺垫10cm厚的级配砂砾面层,喷洒卤水,使卤水渗入砂砾面层蒸发结晶,重复喷水卤水,至形成的结晶层的厚度达4‑6cm,压实,再次铺垫级配砂砾面层和喷洒卤水,压实,最终卤水结晶和砂砾面层形成卤水结晶路面层,对路面密实度检测,合格后,投入使用。本发明的有益效果在于:经本发明方法硬化过的道路,可以达到矿区运输使用的要求,减少了扬尘等污染,通过该方法强化矿山3级砂石道路路面,控制路面强度及损坏周期,矿山开采期间最大程度降低道路洒水及维护投入。
