The invention provides a concrete repairing method for a bridge pier body. The concrete repairing method comprises the following steps that concrete outside rusted reinforcing steel bars is chiseled away; polishing the surface of the rusted steel bar to remove rust; the surface of the polished rusted steel bar is coated with antirust paint; filling the chiseled area with a modified epoxy resin cement material to form an epoxy repair material layer; and brushing a sealing material on the surface of the epoxy repair material layer. According to the concrete repairing method, existing damaged bridge pier body concrete is chiseled away, rusted reinforcing steel bars on the surface of a bridge pier body are derusted and coated with anti-rust paint, modified epoxy resin cement gum materials areloaded, and the surface of an epoxy repairing material layer is coated with a sealing material; rapid and effective treatment of stripping and bar exposing diseases of concrete of the pier body of theoperating railway bridge is achieved, the maintenance construction requirement of the pier body of the operating railway bridge is met, and the structural safety and attractiveness of the railway bridge are guaranteed.
