The invention relates to an earthquake-proof foundation structure. The earthquake-proof foundation structure comprises a first raft, a second raft, shock absorption plates, and liquid storage wells, wherein the bottom of the first raft protrudes downwards to form a plurality of evenly-distributed round piers; a groove matched with the round piers is formed in the top surface of the second raft, and the groove bottom of the groove is in elastic fit with the bottoms of the round piers to form a shock absorption barrier in the vertical direction; the shock absorption plates are fixed to the two side surfaces of the first raft and the two side surfaces of the second raft correspondingly, a shock absorption cavity is formed inside each shock absorption plate, calcium carbonate is placed at thebottom of each shock absorption cavity, and slurry inlet holes are formed in the positions, 300-400 mm away from the top surface of the first raft, of the tops of the shock absorption cavities; and the side wall of the top of each shock absorption plate is provided with one liquid storage well communicating with the corresponding slurry inlet hole, dilute hydrochloric acid is stored inside the liquid storage wells, and under the action of earthquake horizontal force, the dilute hydrochloric acid enters the shock absorption cavities through the slurry inlet holes to react with the calcium carbonate to generate CO2 gas to form a shock absorption barrier in the horizontal direction. Earthquake vibration energy is reduced and consumed in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, theshock absorption effect is good, the structure is compact, and the input cost is low.
