Foundation settlement calculation method comprises the steps that a plurality of dewatering wells are arranged on the upstream face and the downstream face of a building foundation around a foundationpit; a settlement calculation model of buildings around the foundation pit is established according to the positions of the two rows of cast-in-situ bored piles and the positions of the dewatering wells; an unwatering part and a saturated part are separated from a precipitation curve, and the additional load of the unwatering part and the additional load of the saturated part are correspondinglycalculated; the settlement amount S<1> of the unwatering part is calculated according to the additional load of the unwatering part, and the settlement amount S<2> of the saturated part is calculatedaccording to the additional load of the saturated part; and the total settlement S = Xi (S<1> + S<2>) of the building foundation around the foundation pit is calculated. The deformation foundation settlement calculation method based on the building inherent settlement has the advantage that a calculation result is more accurate.
