The invention relates to a water collecting and draining device for an equipment cavity of a vacuum well. The water collecting and draining device comprises a water collecting and draining column, a water collecting pipeline and a water draining pipeline, wherein the water collecting pipeline and the water draining pipeline are distributed inside the water collecting and draining column, a water collecting cavity for collecting liquids is formed in the lower end of the water collecting and draining column, the water collecting pipeline comprises external draining inlets and a water collectingoutlet extending to one side of the water collecting cavity, and the drainage pipeline comprises a water collecting inlet extending into the water collecting cavity and an external draining outlet forrealizing drainage of liquids in the water collecting cavity by utilizing pressure difference. In a vacuum well system, due to the fact that air in the equipment cavity flows, especially after entering the dark, cold and damp equipment cavity of the vacuum well, the ground dry and hot air is easily condensed into condensate water, and if the condensate water is gathered in the equipment cavity and cannot be drained, the working requirements of each device in the equipment cavity for the dry environment cannot be met, so that the working efficiency and the service life of equipment are greatlyreduced, the water collecting and draining device is used for achieving water collection and drainage in the equipment cavity, and effectively meets the dryness in the equipment cavity.
