The method comprises the following steps that a three-dimensional model is built according to a construction drawing for construction; welding and prefabricating are carried out in a factory according to the constructed three-dimensional model to form a preset lower steel column, apreset central joint, a preset steel beam, and a preset upper steel column; the lower steel column is fixedly connected with the central joint; the lower steel column and the central line joint are fixedly connected in a welded manner, wherein the central joint comprises a bottom plate, a column web, a cover plate and a beam web; after the steel beam is overlapped with the cover plate, the steel beam is fixedly connected with the cover plate and the bottom plate respectively; and the upper steel column is fixedly connected with the central joint. The invention provides the better connecting structure suitable for a light fabricated house wallboard joint better, the situation that only a common joint connecting structure can be generally adopted is avoided, a better using effect is achieved, more selectable implementation modes can be provided for workers, and the workers can conveniently and selectively implement the connecting structure according to needs.
