Integral low-rise building shock insulation mechanism
The invention discloses an integral low-rise building shock insulation mechanism. The mechanism comprises a wall frame, a wall built on the inner side of the wall frame, a house body base fixed to thebottom of the wall frame and a ground groove base located at the bottom of the house body base and built in a ground groove. A house top plate is fixed to the top of the wall frame, and multiple shock insulation mechanism bodies are fixedly connected between the house body base and the ground groove base. A roof frame is arranged at the top of the house top plate, and auxiliary buffer mechanismsare arranged on the inner side of the roof frame. When the house is vibrated, the house extrudes shock insulation rubber supports at the top due to huge ground shaking, meanwhile, the shock insulationrubber supports move downwards in the cooperation direction of guide rods and guide inner cavities, pressing plates press shock insulation springs downwards, vibration is greatly counteracted, and therefore the influence of vibration on the whole structure of the house is reduced; and meanwhile, by means of the arrangement of the auxiliary buffering mechanisms, a good protection effect can be achieved on the roof frame of the house, the auxiliary buffering mechanisms cooperate with the shock insulation mechanism bodies, and the double-guarantee effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种整体低层建筑隔震机构,包括墙体框架、砌筑于所述墙体框架内侧的墙体、固定于墙体框架底部的房体底座以及位于房体底座底部并砌筑于地槽内的地槽底座,墙体框架的顶部固定有房屋顶板,房体底座与地槽底座之间固定连接有多个隔震机构;房屋顶板的顶部设置有屋顶框架,屋顶框架的内侧设置有辅助缓冲机构;当房屋受到震动时,巨大的地面晃动导致房屋挤压顶部的隔震橡胶支座,同时使隔震橡胶支座沿着导向杆与导向内腔的配合方向下移,令压板下压隔震弹簧,极大抵消震动,从而降低震动对房屋整体结构的影响,同时,辅助缓冲机构的设置能够对房屋的屋顶框架起到良好的保护效果,与隔震机构配合,起到了双重保障作用。
