The invention discloses a building construction installation device and an installation method. The building construction installation device comprises a frame, transverse through grooves are formed in the frame, two T-shaped steel plates capable of sliding laterally are arranged on the frame through the through grooves in a matched manner, limiting seats are installed at the ends, away from the frame, of the T-shaped steel plates, and the limiting seats are provided with bayonets; screws for fixing the T-shaped steel plates are screwed into the end surface of the frame; and four rotating seats are symmetrically arranged on the front end face and the rear end face of the frame, a rolling shaft is arranged in each rotating seat, and an inner shaft is inserted into the axis of each rolling shaft in a penetrating manner. According to the building construction installation device, standardized installation of a door frame can be achieved without building any component between a door opening and the door frame, and the installation position of the door frame is convenient to adjust.
