Stable hoisting device for assembly type pinch plate
The invention discloses a stable hoisting device for an assembly type pinch plate. The device comprises two bottom plates, four first bosses are symmetrically and integrally formed on the upper surfaces of the two bottom plates correspondingly, and bases are welded to the outer surfaces of the first bosses; the bottom plates are stably attached to a wall plate to serve as relay pieces for levelingand connecting of a base, a fixing support and a fixing clamping plate, prefabricated pinch plates are stably leveled and connected to the same vertical plane of the wall plate, and the phenomenon ofgap slurry leakage is avoided; through cooperation of a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a threaded rod, installation of a clamping plate with certain bendability can be met, andtedious steps caused by the fact that bricks need to be additionally arranged in a traditional installation structure are avoided; and the prefabricated pinch plates are stably fixed in advance through spring clamping blocks and wet fire clay blocks, then first water guide grooves and second water guide grooves which are connected up and down in the device are connected, cement is poured at the upper portion through the first water guide grooves and the second water guide grooves, and all the pinch plates can be easily fixed.
本发明公开了一种组件式扣板用稳定型吊装装置,包括两个底板,两个所述底板各自的上表面对称一体成型有四个第一凸台,所述第一凸台的外表面焊接有基座;通过底板稳固贴合墙板,作为中继件找平连接基座、固定支架和固定卡板,将预制扣板稳固找平连接于墙板同一的铅垂面,避免了产生间隙漏浆现象;并且第一接板、第二接板和螺纹杆的配合可以满足带有一定弯折性的卡板的安装,避免了传统安装结构中需要附加砖块所带来的繁琐步骤;利用利用弹簧卡块与湿火泥块将预制扣板预先稳固固定,随后利用上下相接的每一个本发明装置内的第一导水槽与第二导水槽相接,在上部通过二者进行灌注水泥,即可轻松固定所有扣板。
