Steel structure electric hanging basket and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to a steel structure electric hanging basket which comprises a steel column and a working hanging basket. A cross rod is erected above the steel column, a vertical rod is weldedto the middle of the cross rod, a connecting piece is arranged at one end of the cross rod, and the other end of the cross rod, the top end of the vertical rod and the connecting piece are connected through a steel rope; and a safety lock and an elevator are installed on the surface of a workbench of the working hanging basket, the connecting piece is connected with the elevator through a steel rope, and the steel rope penetrates through the safety lock. The steel structure electric hanging basket is technically characterized in that an anti-collision mechanism is designed on the side of the working hanging basket, when the working hanging basket is used, the working hanging basket can make contact with an air conditioner outdoor unit appearing in the working process, and at the contact position of the anti-collision mechanism and an external object, deformation can be generated to a certain degree, and therefore the buffering and anti-collision effects are achieved; and angle steel, an end block and an adjusting screw rod are combined for use, the position of the end block on the surface of the angle steel can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw rod, so that the tightnessof the steel rope at one end of the end block is adjusted, and the stability of the whole structure is further improved.
