The system comprises a wall attaching device, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a jackingdevice, a guide rail and a frame body; a plurality of guide rail hooks with downward openings are arranged on the guide rail at intervals; a supporting device is arranged on the wall attaching device, a first oil cylinder pin shaft is arranged at the top of the supporting device, a second oil cylinder pin shaft is arranged at the bottom of the jacking device, the bottom of the hydraulic oil cylinder is hinged to the first oil cylinder pin shaft, and the top of the hydraulic oil cylinder is hinged to the second oil cylinder pin shaft; and the supporting device and the jacking device each comprise a bearing shaft capable of sliding along a corresponding arc-shaped hole, the bearing shafts can be used for supporting the guide rail hooks and can also slide upwards along the arc-shaped holes to the position where climbing of the guide rail is not hindered under the pushing effect of the guide rail hooks below the bearing shafts when the guide rail climbs, thus smooth climbing of the guiderail can be achieved, and a platform plate of the frame body is positioned at a proper height. Therefore, the system has the advantages of smooth climbing, safety, reliability, high adaptability and the like.
