The invention discloses a vehicle carrying plate and a garage charging system comprising the vehicle carrying plate. The vehicle carrying plate is used for carrying an electric vehicle to move under the driving of a power system, one side of the vehicle carrying plate is provided with a charging head used for being electrically connected with a charging port of the electric vehicle, the other sideof the vehicle carrying plate is provided with a charging base used for being electrically connected with a charging plug of a charging pile, and the charging head is electrically connected with thecharging base. When the vehicle carrying plate is used, the electric vehicle is parked on the vehicle carrying plate firstly, then a user inserts the charging head on the vehicle carrying plate into the charging port of the electric vehicle, and then the electric vehicle is turned off; and the vehicle carrying plate carries the electric vehicle to move into a garage under the driving of the powersystem, and when the vehicle carrying plate is parked in a parking space, the charging plug of the charging pile is electrically connected with the charging base of the vehicle carrying plate, so thatcharging of the electric vehicle is achieved.
