Providedis a ladder anti-skid device which comprises bases, rotating seats, and ladder connecting parts; the rotating seats are rotatably connected with the bases around horizontal first rotating shafts; theladder connecting parts are fixedly connected with the rotating seats; and inserting rods are slidably connected with the bases. According to the ladder anti-skid device, when the ladder is used on asandy soil ground, and the inserting rods are inserted into the ground, so that the situation that sliding does not occur between the bases and the ground can be guaranteed; and the ladder connectingparts are connected with the ladder, and the rotating seats rotate along with the ladder, so that firm connection between the ladder connecting parts and the ladder is always kept.
