WALL SYSTEM INTEGRATING HIGH-VOLTAGE AND LOW-VOLTAGE CABLES
The present invention is applicable to the technical field of building construction. Provided is a wall system integrating high-voltage and low-voltage cables. Longitudinal recesses (11) are cut in awall (1). A low-voltage cable routing member (5) and a high-voltage cable routing member (6) are fitted to the longitudinal recesses (11). A low-voltage cable (3) is embedded in a cable channel (511)of the low-voltage cable routing member (5). A high-voltage cable (4) is embedded in a cable channel (611) of the high-voltage cable routing member (6). In the wall system of the present invention, the wall (1) thereof is provided with the longitudinal recesses (11), such that the low-voltage cable routing member (5) and the high-voltage cable routing member (6) can be arranged in the longitudinalrecesses (11), thereby enabling the low-voltage cable (3) and the high-voltage cable (4) to be respectively arranged in the low-voltage cable routing member (5) and the high-voltage cable routing member (6). The invention overcomes the drawback of having to create an opening in a floor panel or wall when repairing a conventional embedded circuit, and realizes separation of a circuit from a main structure (SI separation), thereby reducing damage to a main structural body, and enhancing building safety, reliability and durability.
本发明适用于建筑技术领域,提供了一种集成有强电与弱电电线的墙板系统,墙板(1)上开设有纵向凹槽(11),弱电布线件(5)以及强电布线件(6)安装在纵向凹槽(11)内,弱电电线(3)嵌置于弱电布线件(5)的线槽(511)内,强电电线(4)嵌置于强电布线件(6)的线槽(611)内。本发明的墙板系统,其墙板(1)上设置有纵向凹槽(11),从而可以将弱电布线件(5)以及强电布线件(6)布设于纵向凹槽(11)内,而弱电电线(3)与强电电线(4)可以分别布设于弱电布线件(5)以及强电布线件(6)内。克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了线路与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
