The invention discloses green belt water-saving automatic irrigation and drainage equipment. The equipment structurally comprises a green belt, water inlet filter screens, air inlet side pipes, atomizing spray heads, water-saving irrigation and drainage devices, water diversion seats and air outlet side pipes. The equipment has the following effects that the water-saving irrigation and drainage devices are arranged on the two sides of the green belt correspondingly, the air inlet side pipes and the air outlet side pipes are connected to the two sides of the water-saving irrigation and drainagedevices, a drainage buried pipe and a water collecting tank are arranged at the bottom of a road and connected with the water inlet filter screens arranged on the surface of the road, and a water pipe is erected in the drainage buried pipe for connection, so that rainwater is efficiently collected in rainy days, and water is injected into the water collecting tank through the water pipe in drought; and through the structural arrangement of the water-saving irrigation and drainage devices, wind energy generated during high-speed running of a vehicle can be utilized to enable water in the watercollecting tank to be continuously conveyed into the water tank, when the water in the water tank reaches a certain amount, the water is sprayed out towards the green belt through the atomizing sprayheads, energy conservation and automation can be achieved in the whole process, and therefore the safety of highway green belt irrigation is improved.
