The invention relates to an automatic human excrement collecting device which comprises a base and a pedestal pan. A channel is formed in the base, a spiral auger is rotatably arranged in the channel,a driving assembly is arranged in the base, a urine receiving hopper is arranged in the pedestal pan, and a longitudinal groove is formed in the upper end of the base; a material bin is formed in thefront side surface of the base, and a first pipeline is arranged at the top of the material bin in a penetrating mode; a weighing sensor for weighing a sampling container is arranged at the inner bottom of the material bin; a mounting groove is further formed in the inner bottom of the material bin, and a second pipeline and a lifting assembly are arranged in the mounting groove; a first flushingassembly is connected to the second pipeline, and the second pipeline is in sealed butt joint with the first pipeline when being driven to rise by the lifting assembly; and a control main machine isarranged on the base. Excrement can be accurately metered and sampled, the sampling experience is good, sampling operation is easy and convenient, repeated use can be achieved, and the intelligent degree is high.
