The invention discloses a self-cleaning device for a sound insulation plate on an expressway. The self-cleaning device comprises a base, the base is fixedly provided with the sound insulation plate, the two sides of the sound insulation plate are fixedly connected with an air bellow and a lower support respectively, and the upper end of the sound insulation plate is connected with an upper supportthrough bolts. A wind wheel driven by wind power is arranged in the air bellow, and a first cleaning brush and a second cleaning brush are driven by the wind wheel to wipe and clean dust on the innerside and the outer side of the sound insulation plate in the rotating process; the air bellow communicates with a ventilation pipe, the ventilation pipe is connected with a first-stage air outlet corresponding to the first cleaning brush and a second-stage ventilation opening corresponding to the second cleaning brush, and the rotating wind wheel is used for continuously conveying wind power intothe ventilation pipe so as to conduct directional blowing cleaning on wiped dust. A special-shaped shaft is used for driving a driving piston to move up and down in a cavity, so that the movable magnetic plate connected with the driven piston is driven to do reciprocating motion in a dust collection table, static electricity is generated in the repeated friction motion, and dust is adsorbed and collected.
