The invention discloses a pottery clay titanium series ultra-white crystal glaze and a preparation method thereof. The pottery clay titanium series ultra-white crystal glaze comprises a ground glaze and a cover glaze, wherein the ground coat comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40-50 parts of potassium feldspar, 8-13 parts of dolomite; 5 to 10 parts of calcite; 10 to 15 parts of spodumene; 10 to 12 parts of rutile; and the surface glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-35 parts of potassium feldspar, 10-15 parts of calcite, 10-15 parts of talc, 15-20 parts of zinc oxide and 10-15 parts of titanium oxide. The whole product is snow white, blue crystals are generated, the product is natural and elegant, and the blue light whiteness can reach 93%.
本发明公开了一种陶泥钛系超白结晶釉及其制备方法,陶泥钛系超白结晶釉包括底釉和面釉;其中,底釉含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:钾长石40份~50份;白云石8~13份;方解石5份~10份;锂辉石10份~15份;金红石10份~12份;面釉含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:钾长石30份~35份,方解石10份~15份,滑石10份~15份,氧化锌15份~20份,氧化钛10份~15份。本发明产品整体体现为雪白色,其中伴有蓝色的晶体生成,自然大方,蓝光白度可以达到93%。
