Device and method for producing magnesium oxide and recovering carbon dioxide
The invention discloses a device and a method for producing magnesium oxide and recovering carbon dioxide. The device comprises a feeder, a preheater, a dust remover, a calcining furnace, a heat accumulating type hot blast stove and a product collector; the feeder, the preheater, the dust remover, the heat accumulating type hot blast stove, the calcining furnace and the product collector are sequentially connected through pipelines, and the preheater is connected with the calcining furnace through a pipeline. During preparation, materials are dried and then subjected to corresponding step preheating treatment and calcination process regulation and control, CO2 gas generated by decomposition is heated and then serves as internal circulation heat-carrying gas; it is guaranteed that the calcination and preheating heat-carrying gas adopts an internal circulation mode, no combustion flue gas participates, so that magnesium oxide is produced, and meanwhile high-purity and high-concentrationcollection and recovery of carbon dioxide are achieved. By using the gaseous calcining furnace, materials enter the calcining furnace to be mixed with circulating heat-carrying gas added into the calcining furnace, suspension flow is generated, and efficient heat transfer and rapid decomposition are achieved. In addition, the discharged heat storage tail gas is used for material drying treatment,and waste heat of the hot-blast stove is fully utilized.
本发明的一种生产氧化镁及回收二氧化碳的装置及方法,装置包括送料器,预热器,除尘器,煅烧炉,蓄热式热风炉和产品收集器,送料器,预热器,除尘器,蓄热式热风炉,煅烧炉和产品收集器通过管路依次连接,预热器与煅烧炉通过管路连接。制备时,物料干燥后经过相应的梯级预热处理,调控煅烧工艺,分解产生的CO2气体经加热后作为内循环载热气体,保证煅烧、预热载热气体采用内循环方式,无燃烧烟气参与,生产氧化镁同时实现二氧化碳高纯高浓收集回收。采用气态煅烧炉,以使物料进入煅烧炉内同加入煅烧炉循环载热气体混合,产生悬浮流动达到高效传热、快速分解。排出的蓄热尾气用于物料干燥处理,实现热风炉余热充分利用。
