Modified cement-based waterproof mortar as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses modified cement-based waterproof mortar as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified cement-based waterproof mortar comprises the following componentsin parts by mass: 40-60 parts of Portland cement, 30-50 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 20-30 parts of quartz sand, 10-20 parts of modified high-alumina slag, 10-15 parts of modified fly ash, 8-12 parts of active master batch, 30-50 parts of fluorosilicone modified polyacrylate emulsion, 5-10 parts of nano silica sol, 0.5-1 part of an ultraviolet light absorber, and 15 parts of water. Wherein theactive master batch is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of sodium silicate, 15-20 parts of calcium oxide, 20-30 parts of aluminum sulfate, 10-15 parts of magnesium tartrate, 5-10 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate and 4-8 parts of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate. According to the invention, structures such as -COONa and -SO3Na introduced into the modified cement-based waterproof mortar efficiently chelate Ca < 2 + > and Al < 3 + > in cement, so that a compact waterproof layer stably bonded with fluorosilicone modified polyacrylate concrete is formed; meanwhile, the modified cement-based waterproof mortar has the characteristics of good impermeability, low water absorption, water resistance and pollution resistance by utilizing low surface energy of fluorine and silicon monomers.
本发明公开改性水泥基防水砂浆、制备方法及其应用,包括以下质量份组分:硅酸盐水泥40~60份、硫铝酸盐水泥30~50份、石英砂20~30份、改性高铝矿渣10~20份、改性粉煤灰10~15份、活性母料8~12份、氟硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液30~50份、纳米硅溶胶5~10份、紫外线吸收剂0.5~1份、水15~20份;所述活性母料由以下质量份原料组成:硅酸钠20~30份、氧化钙15~20份、硫酸铝20~30份、酒石酸镁10~15份、三聚磷酸钠5~10份、五水偏硅酸钠4~8份。本发明改性水泥基防水砂浆中引入的‑COONa、‑SO3Na等结构高效螯合水泥中Ca2+、Al3+,进而形成氟硅改性聚丙烯酸酯‑混凝土稳定结合的致密防水层;同时,利用氟、硅单体的低表面能使改性水泥基防水砂浆具有抗渗性好、吸水率低、防水抗污的特点。
