The invention provides an FS101 mortar waterproofing agent. The FS101 mortar waterproofing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-40% of composite mineral powder,4-8% of sodium hydroxide, 0.1-0.25% of sodium silicate, 4-6% of potassium dichromate, 0.1-0.2% of tributyl phosphate, 15-50% of zeolite powder, 0.3-0.5% of carbon fiber powder and the balance of water. The composite mineral powder comprises silicon powder, calcium oxide, silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide. The FS101 mortar waterproofing agent provided by the invention can be mixed with differentmaterials, can achieve the effects of waterproofing, heat preservation, slope making and leveling, solves the problem that a leakage point is difficult to find in traditional waterproofing and leakage, achieves the functions of permanent waterproofing effect and the like without changing a base structure, and is suitable for upstream and downstream surface waterproofing engineering. Besides, due to the physical properties of the product, the cement mortar and concrete added with the waterproof agent do not generate capillary pores and tiny cracks, so that the product has permanent waterproofness, the waterproof life is prolonged, and meanwhile, the structural strength of a protective layer can be enhanced.
