The invention belongs to the technical field related to metallurgical casting, and discloses a preparation method of an anti-melt-through filler, which comprises the following steps: S1, adding phenolic resin and sodium polyacrylate into a solvent to prepare a premixed solution; S2, preparing a solid mixed powder, wherein the solid mixed powder comprises zinc oxide, silicon carbide, boron nitride,graphite and calcium hydroxide; and S3, mixing the solid mixed powder with the premixed solution, and grinding to obtain the anti-penetration filler. On the other hand, the invention further providesthe anti-melt-through filler as well as application and a removal method of the anti-melt-through filler. The anti-melt-through filler disclosed by the invention can realize rapid compact filling under certain pressure, can realize melt-through prevention at high temperature, and is convenient to clean after being cooled.
