The connecting ends of the connecting hooks are universal joints pre-buried in the riding track splicing blocks, the connecting hooks can freely rotate relative to the riding track splicing blocks, the hanging ends of the connecting hooks are arranged in hanging grooves pre-buried in the corresponding ends of the adjacent riding track splicing blocks, and every two adjacent riding track splicing blocks are connected with the corresponding hanging grooves through the corresponding connecting hooks. Through the connecting mode of the adjacent riding track splicing blocks, the connecting parts can have better self-adaptive capacity, the phenomenon that the connecting parts of the riding track splicing blocks are pressed to deform or even break is effectively avoided, connecting pieces are not needed for connection between the adjacent riding track splicing blocks, on-site splicing is convenient and fast, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种自适应拼装式预制混凝土马道结构,所述马道结构由若干马道拼块首尾拼接而成,在所述马道拼块的首端或尾端靠近两侧的位置设置有两个连接挂钩,在所述马道拼块的另一端设置有与连接挂钩对应配合的挂槽,所述连接挂钩的连接端为预埋在马道拼块内的万向接头,所述连接挂钩能相对于马道拼块自由转动,所述连接挂钩的挂接端置于相邻马道拼块对应端部内预埋的挂槽内,相邻两个马道拼块通过连接挂钩与对应挂槽连接。本发明通过相邻马道拼块的连接方式,其连接部能够具有更优的自适应能力,有效避免马道拼块连接部受压变形,甚至断裂的现象,而且相邻马道拼块之间的连接无需连接件,现场拼装方便快捷,有效提高施工效率。
