The invention provides a quick connecting structure of a fabricated bridge steel structure box. At least two box units are arranged firstly, each box unit comprises a bottom plate, a top plate, two first side plates and two second side plates, the two first side plates are respectively mounted at two opposite ends of the bottom plate in the length direction, the two second side plates are installed at the two opposite ends of the bottom plate in the width direction respectively, the top plate is packaged at the tops of the first side plates and the tops of the second side plates, a first connecting assembly and a second connecting assembly are connected between every two adjacent box units, the two opposite ends of each first connecting assembly are fixed to the two adjacent bottom platesrespectively, and the two opposite ends of the second connecting assembly are fixed to the two adjacent second side plates correspondingly. Compared with like structures in the prior art, the structure of the invention has the advantages that the sizes of the assembly parts of the bridge steel structure box are reduced, the assembly efficiency is improved, the small-size assembly parts can be transported through a small transport vehicle, and therefore the transport difficulty of the assembly parts is reduced.
本发明提供了一种装配式桥梁钢构箱件的快速连接结构,首先设置了至少两个箱体单元,箱体单元包括底板、顶板、两块第一侧板和两块第二侧板,两块第一侧板分别安装于底板的长度方向的相对两端,两块第二侧板分别安装于底板的宽度方向的相对两端,顶部封装于第一侧板和第二侧板的顶部,相邻的两个箱体单元之间连接有第一连接组件和第二连接组件,第一连接组件的相对两端分别固定于相邻的两块底板上,第二连接组件的相对两端分别固定于相邻的两块第二侧板上。本发明相较于现有技术减小了桥梁钢构箱体的装配零件的尺寸,提高了装配效率,并且此类小尺寸装配零件通过小型运输车即可运输,从而降低了装配零件的运输难度。
