The invention discloses a hidden bridge floor drainage system and a viaduct bridge system. The bridge floor drainage system comprises a bridge floor water collecting well for lateral drainage, a transverse drainage pipe and a longitudinal drainage pipe. The bridge floor water collecting well comprises a well base and a well lid. The well lid is provided with a water inlet; a drainage port is formed in the side surface of the well base; the drainage port is connected with the transverse drainage pipe, and the transverse drainage pipe is connected with the longitudinal drainage pipe; the transverse drainage pipe and the longitudinal drainage pipe are located in the bridge anti-collision wall. According to the hidden drainage system and the viaduct bridge system, the space of the bridge anti-collision wall and the bridge floor water collecting well for lateral drainage are fully utilized, the structure of the bridge floor drainage system is improved, the longitudinal drainage pipe and thetransverse drainage pipe are ingeniously hidden, and damage and aging caused by exposure of the longitudinal drainage pipe and the transverse drainage pipe are avoided.
