The method comprises the following steps that position coordinate information and traffic cone state information of traffic cones on a road surface are obtained; according to the coordinate information and the state information of the traffic cones, an attitude adjusting device is controlled to transversely move tofinish recycling of the traffic cones; if the traffic cones are in the state that cone bottoms topple towards a vehicle body, a posture adjusting device is controlled to move transversely to directlycomplete recycling of the traffic cones; if the traffic cones are in the vertical state, the posture adjusting device is controlled to push the traffic cones to the state that the cone bottoms toppletowards the vehicle body, and then the posture adjusting device is controlled to move to complete recycling of the traffic cones; and if the traffic cones are in the state that cone tips topple towards the vehicle body, the posture adjusting device is controlled to move to push the traffic cones to the state that the cone bottoms topple towards the vehicle body, and then the posture adjusting device is controlled to move to recycle the traffic cones. The problem that the abnormal cone is difficult to recover is solved.
