A scrubbing work device for a tunnel cleaning vehicle comprises an operation trolley, a traction device, a front scrubbing mechanism, a rear scrubbing mechanism and trolley lifting devices, the left edges and the right edges of the front side and the rear side of the operation trolley are connected with the trolley lifting devices respectively, and the other ends of the trolley lifting devices isconnected with a tunnel cleaning vehicle frame. The operation trolley is further connected with the tunnel cleaning trolley frame through the traction device, the tunnel cleaning trolley pulls the operation trolley to move forwards during operation, and the front scrubbing mechanism and the rear scrubbing mechanism are transversely arranged on the operation trolley, are arranged in a staggered andfront-and-back overlapping mode, and are overlapped in front of and behind the place wherestubborn dirt is concentrated, two times of scrubbing and overlapping cleaning are adopted, the cleaning effect is improved, and the two sets of staggered arrangement meet the cleaning requirement of covering a whole track plate.
