Snow blowing device of sweeper
The invention relates to a snow blowing device of a sweeper. The snow blowing device comprises a main air blowing box of an inverted-T-shaped structure, an air inlet is formed in the top of the main air blowing box, a left air outlet and a right air outlet are formed in the two sides of the main air blowing box respectively, the left air outlet and the right air outlet are connected to the left air blowing box and the right air blowing box respectively, and a reversing plate is arranged in the main air blowing box. The reversing plate is located below the air inlet, the bottom of the reversingplate is installed on the reversing rotating shaft through a bolt, and one end of the reversing rotating shaft is connected with a reversing handle; and air cylinder fixing bases are arranged at thetops of the left air blowing box and the right air blowing box, lifting air cylinders are connected to the tops of the air cylinder fixing bases through D-shaped shackles, a reversing air cylinder isconnected to the top end of the reversing handle and fixed to one side of the main air blowing box, and a fan air outlet box connecting plate is arranged at the air inlet. Accumulated snow on the roadsurface can be effectively cleaned up, the utilization rate of exhaust air of the draught fan is increased, and the problem that a special snow removing device needs to be additionally arranged on asweeper for accumulated snow cleaning is solved.
本发明涉及一种清扫车吹雪装置，包括主吹风箱，主吹风箱为倒T形结构，主吹风箱的顶部为进风口，主吹风箱的两侧分别为左出风口和右出风口，左出风口和右出风口分别连接至左吹风箱和右吹风箱，主吹风箱内设置有换向板，换向板位于进风口下方位置处，换向板的底部通过螺栓安装在换向转轴上，换向转轴的一端连接有换向手柄；左吹风箱和右吹风箱的顶部均设置有气缸固定座，气缸固定座顶部通过D型卸扣连接有提升气缸，换向手柄的顶端连接有换向气缸，换向气缸固定在主吹风箱的一侧，进风口处设置有风机出风箱连接板。本发明能够有效的将路面积雪清理干净，提高风机排风的利用率，解决了清扫车需加装专业的除雪装置来积雪清理的问题。
