Construction method for newly excavated channel
The invention discloses a construction method for newly excavating a channel. The construction method comprises the following steps that surface cleaning is conducted; cement mixing pile constructionis conducted; plastic steel sheet pile construction is conducted; a row of first-level well point pipe dewatering is arranged on each of the two sides of the channel and the center line of the channel; channel earthwork and revetment foundation pit excavation is conducted; excavation is conducted till the bottom elevation of the channel is + 1.6m; two rows of second-level well point pipe dewatering are arranged in the middle of the channel, and first-level well point pipes on the center line of the channel are dismounted; revetment foundation pit and channel earthwork excavation is conducted;channel earthwork excavation is conducted till the elevation is-2.6m; after a wall body of a retaining wall and backfill soil behind the wall body of the retaining wall are +1.6m, water is drained infront of the wall till the elevation is 0.6m, and second-level well point pipe dewatering is stopped; construction of the wall body of the retaining wall is conducted and backfill soil behind the wallbody of the retaining wall is constructed to be + 3.2m, and first-level well point pipe dewatering on the two sides of the channel is stopped; flood control wall construction is conducted; after a revetment and a bridge are completed, water is drained in the section of the channel; and a dredger is used for excavating earthwork used for arranging the first-level well point pipes and the second-level well point pipes. According to the construction method, overwater operation is not needed, construction is safe, and cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种新开挖航道的施工方法,清表→水泥搅拌桩施工→塑钢板桩施工→在航道两侧和航道中心线各自布设一排一级井点管降水→航道土方、护岸基坑开挖→挖至航道的底标高+1.6m→在航道中部布设两排二级井点管降水,并拆除航道中心线上的一级井点管→护岸基坑、航道土方开挖→航道土方开挖至标高‑2.6m→待挡墙墙身及后方回填土至标高+1.6m后,墙前放水至标高0.6m,停止二级井点管降水→挡墙墙身施工及后方回填土至标高+3.2m,停止航道两侧的一级井点管降水→防洪墙施工→护岸、桥梁完工后,航道断面内放水→挖泥船挖除用于布设一级、二级井点管的土方。本发明的施工方法无水上作业,施工安全,并且节省成本。
