The invention discloses an adjustable orifice lifting appliance for lowering a pile foundation reinforcement cage. The adjustable orifice lifting appliance is characterized in that a support frame isarranged at an orifice according to the size of the reinforcement cage, and an adjustable corbel device is arranged at each angular point of the support frame and is used for supporting and fixing thereinforcement cage. When one section of reinforcement cage is lowered to a certain height, the four corbel devices are pushed to clamp the reinforcement cage at a reasonable orifice position, then the other section of reinforcement cage is hoisted to be in accurate butt joint with the previous section of reinforcement cage, and after sleeve connection is completed, the four corbel devices are loosened to lower the two connected sections of reinforcement cages; and after the reinforcement cage is lowered to a certain position, the corbel devices are used for fixing again, circulation is conducted in sequence, rapid and accurate lowering of the reinforcement cage can be achieved, the construction period is shortened, and meanwhile the reinforcement cage lowering efficiency and quality are improved.
