The invention relates to a building pile foundation and a construction process thereof. The building pile foundation comprises a plurality of pile foundation bodies inserted into soil around a pile and a bearing platform arranged at the tops of the multiple pile foundation bodies, wherein each pile foundation body comprises a bottom pile and a top pile located on the bottom pile; a plurality of containing grooves are formed in the top face of each bottom pile; inverted fasteners are arranged in the containing grooves; each top pile comprises a connecting base and an inserting base arranged onthe face, facing the corresponding bottom pile, of the connecting base; the inserting bases are used for driving the inverted fasteners to stretch out of the containing grooves and be inserted into the soil around the pile; the top piles and the bottom piles are fixed through reinforcing assemblies; each pile foundation body is provided with a holding assembly; and the holding assemblies of everytwo adjacent pile foundation bodies are connected through a chain assembly. According to the building pile foundation and the construction process thereof, the inverted fasteners of the pile foundation bodies are inserted into the soil around the pile, the connecting strength of the soil around the pile and the pile foundation bodies is enhanced, and the bearing strength of the pile foundation bodies is improved overall.
