The invention relates to a beam-column joint of a prefabricated special-shaped column structure. The beam-column joint comprises a prefabricated joint combined component, a prefabricated special-shaped column and a prefabricated rectangular beam; the beam-column joint is characterized in that the prefabricated joint combined component comprises a special-shaped column area, a joint core area witha rectangular section, a beam area, a rectangular column area with a rectangular section, a first beam end steel component fixedly connected to the end part of the beam area, and a first column end steel component fixedly connected to the end part of the rectangular column area; a second beam end steel component is fixedly connected to the end part of the prefabricated rectangular beam, and a second column end steel component is fixedly connected to the end part of the prefabricated special-shaped column; and the prefabricated joint combined component and the prefabricated rectangular beam arefixedly connected with through the first beam end steel component and the second beam end steel component, and the prefabricated joint combined component and the prefabricated special-shaped column are fixedly connected through the first column end steel component and the second column end steel component. The invention further provides a manufacturing mode of the joint at the same time.
