The upper ends of connecting pieces stretch into the limiting groove and abut against a pair of clamping plates in a pressing mode. Limiting plates are formed at the upper ends of the clamping plates. The two ends of a first compression spring abut against the limiting plates. A pair of limiting rods are inserted into the limiting plates. A positioning plate is formed at one end of each limiting rod, the positioning plates abut against the limiting plates, and the limiting rods penetrate out of the vertical part to form baffles. The limiting rods are sleeved with second compression springs in an inserted mode, and the two ends of the second compressed springs abut against the baffles and the vertical part correspondingly. Electric wire restraining mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the vertical part of the main framework.
