Energy-saving plate with veneer stable layer
The invention discloses an energy-saving plate with a veneer stabilizing layer. The energy-saving plate comprises a veneer, a functional layer and a bottom plate. The veneer comprises a base plate anda detachable resin facing layer, and hollow inwards-concave reinforcing strips which are vertically arranged at equal intervals are formed on the inner surface of the base plate. The functional layercomprises a calcium silicate board layer, a thermal insulation material layer and a rock wool felt layer, square array through holes are formed in the functional layer, a metal sleeve with an I-shaped section is selectively assembled at the position corresponding to the through holes, the metal sleeve is used for fixing the structure of the functional layer, and an internal threaded hole used forassembling is formed in the central axis of the metal sleeve. A fiber cement lining plate is formed at the outer side of the rock wool felt layer to serve as a bottom plate. The energy-saving plate is simple in structure and convenient to install, the decorative effect of the wall can be obviously improved, and the energy-saving and heat-insulating performance and the sound-insulating effect areboth achieved.
本发明公开了一种带饰面稳定层的节能板材,包括饰面板、功能层以及底板;所述饰面板包括基板以及可拆卸树脂饰面层,所述基板上内表面上成型有等间距竖向设置的空心内凹加强条;所述功能层包括硅酸钙板层、保温材料层以及岩棉毡层,功能层上开有方形阵列通孔,并在对应通孔位置选择装配有剖面为工字型的金属套管,该金属套管对功能层进行结构固定,并在金属套管的中心轴线上成型有用于装配的内螺纹孔,岩棉毡层的外侧成型有纤维水泥衬板作为底板。本发明结构简单,安装方便,能明显提高墙体的装饰效果,且兼具节能保温性能以及隔音效果。
