The invention relates to the technical field of scaffolds, in particular to a corner pedal structure and a scaffold with the same. The corner pedal structure comprises first angle steel, second anglesteel, third angle steel, fourth angle steel and fifth angle steel; one steel pipe is arranged on the fifth angle steel, a pipe body of the steel pipe is perpendicular to a connecting line of overhanging ends of the first angle steel and the second angle steel, and a locking piece is arranged at the suspension end of the steel pipe and used for being locked and fixed to a space truss structure onthe outer side of a building; and one-side plate bodies of the first angle steel, the second angle steel, the third angle steel, the fourth angle steel and the fifth angle steel are horizontally arranged to form a supporting face, a top plate is arranged on the supporting face, and the edge of the top plate is fixedly connected with the one-side plate bodies of the first angle steel, the second angle steel, the third angle steel, the fourth angle steel and the fifth angle steel through rivets. By means of the corner pedal structure, transition of pedal supporting structures on scaffolds located on the adjacent wall faces is achieved, and the corner pedal structure is simple, convenient and good in adaptability.
