The invention discloses a construction method for filling concrete by using a detachable gas mold. The detachable gas mold comprises a gas mold body (1), a gas inlet and outlet valve (2) arranged on the gas mold body, an outer demolding layer (3) coating the gas mold body and a fixed frame (4) sleeving the periphery of the gas mold body in a clamped mode. The construction method comprises the following steps that reinforcing steel bars (6) are bound to the inner side of a wall formwork (7) to be poured, the fixed frame is bound and fixed to the reinforcing steel bars through iron wires, and then the gas mold body is placed in the fixed frame, inflated and then expanded to be stably clamped in the fixed frame; then concrete is poured into an inner cavity of the wall formwork, a concrete wall (5) is constructed, the inflated gas mold body occupies a certain space in a wall body, and the concrete pouring amount is reduced; and after the concrete is solidified, the gas mold body is shrunkthrough deflation of the gas inlet and outlet valve, the outer demolding layer is separated from the concrete, and the gas mold body is taken out. The concrete amount can be greatly reduced, the self-weight of concrete parts is reduced, and the construction engineering construction cost is reduced.
一种利用可拆卸式气体模具进行混凝土填充的施工方法,所述可拆卸式气体模具包括气模本体(1)、设置于气模本体上的进出气阀(2)、包覆在气模本体外的外脱模层(3)、卡套在气模本体外围的固定架(4);所述施工方法如下是在要浇筑的墙体模板(7)内侧绑扎钢筋(6),将固定架用铁丝绑扎固定在钢筋上,然后将气模本体置于固定架内并充气后膨胀卡稳在固定架内;之后向墙体模板内腔浇注混凝土,构筑混凝土墙(5),充气的气模本体在墙体内占据一定空间,减少混凝土灌注量;待混凝土凝固后,通过进出气阀放气,气模本体缩小,外脱模层与混凝土剥离,取出气模本体即可。本发明可大大减少混凝土用量、降低混凝土构件自重、降低建设工程建造成本。
