The invention relates to a maintenance device after concrete pouring in building construction. The maintenance device comprises a rack, a water spraying device, a lifting device and a walking device,wherein the lifting device comprises a guide rail plate arranged on the left side of the upper surface of the rack, a nut slidably connected with the guide rail plate, a lead screw, a support and a transmission motor; and the water spraying device comprises a water tank arranged on the rack, a base arranged on the upper surface of the nut, a high-pressure water pump fixedly connected with the base, a vertical pipe communicating with a water outlet of the high-pressure water pump, a transverse pipe, a transverse short vertical pipe, a water mist spray head, a filter communicating with a water inlet of the high-pressure water pump, and a water suction pipe with one end communicating with the filter. The walking device comprises wheels and a handle. According to the maintenance device after concrete pouring in building construction, consumption of manpower and material resources in the maintenance process can be reduced, the uniformity of water spraying is ensured, the working efficiencyis improved, and the construction quality is ensured.
